Starting a small business? Running a small business? Growing your
small business?
BadCreditHelpers.com understand the needs of
small business owners and are committed to providing information that
will help make the financing process as simple as possible.
IMPORTANT! Don't forget to read the
business loans glossary and
what the
10 biggest mistakes made by small
business owners are.
Business
Loans - You can qualify for $5000 to $50,000. You can receive
funding in as little as 10-days.

The federal
government introduced a special loan called the
Microloan Program
which is designed to help applicants who cannot qualify for a
traditional business loan because of poor, or lack of credit, and
little, or no collateral. These loans range from $100 to $35,000
and can be used for the purchase of furniture, fixtures, machinery,
equipment, inventory and working capital. In order to qualify for
a microloan, you have to have a viable business idea, and you should
have been turned down by a bank for regular conventional financing. The
microloan program may be one of the most innovative and effective
government assisted programs of the last decade or more.
You will find a listing of the
participating intermediary lenders where you can apply for your
microloan funding. Call the lender nearest you if there are two or three
in your particular state. Many of these
intermediary lenders
who participate in the Microloan Program,
may have additional SBA (Small Business Administration) sponsored
funding programs as well. It would be a good idea to ask them for a list
and/or brochure which describes the funding programs that they now
offer.

and the Online Women's Business Center, OWBO is helping unprecedented

Small Business
Investment Programs
Congress created the Small
Business Investment Programs in 1958 to fill the gap between the
availability between venture capital and the needs of small businesses
in startup and growth situations. These SBIC companies are licensed and
regulated by the Small Business Administration, and provide a variety of
business loans. Their incentive is the chance to share in the success of
a small business as it grows and
prospers. They provide long term loans and management assistance to
qualifying small businesses. The program makes funding available to all
types of manufacturing distribution industries. Make it your business to
know what is available, where to get it, and most importantly, how to
use it! For more information on the nearest SBIC office in your state,
simply look under US Government in your telephone directory for SBA,
or call the SBA answer desk at 800-UASKSBA = (800) 827-5722. You can
also write, call, or visit their website to request the location of the
office in your area.

U.S. Small Business Administration
The
U.S. Small Business
Administration, established in 1953, provides financial,
technical and management assistance to help Americans start, run, and
grow their businesses. With a portfolio of business loans, loan
guarantees and disaster loans worth more than $45 billion, in addition
to a venture capital portfolio of $13 billion, SBA is the nation's
largest single financial backer of small businesses. Last year, the SBA
offered management and technical assistance to more than one million
small business owners. The SBA also plays a major role in the
government's disaster relief efforts by making low-interest recovery
loans to both homeowners and businesses.
Pro-Net is an
electronic gateway of procurement information -- for and about small
businesses. It is a search engine for contracting officers, a marketing
tool for small firms and a "link" to procurement opportunities and
important information. It is designed to be a "virtual"
one-stop-procurement-shop.
